Kari Johnsrud has been with UnitedOne Credit Union since 1991, and has been on our mortgage team since 1995. Kari has worked in both our Manitowoc and Sheboygan markets and enjoys assisting with all forms of home loans including purchases, construction and refinancing.

Kari has spent most of her life in Manitowoc. She has two children, Keegan and Kiara, and enjoys spending her time involved with their sports activities. Kari previously served as a board member of the Manitowoc County Home Builders Association, Sheboygan County Homebuilders Association, and Wisconsin Builders Association. She has received several awards for her efforts in mortgage lending, including the Rising Star Award from the MCHBA and the Associate Member of the Year award from the MCHBA and SCHBA.

Julie Peot has been with UnitedOne since 1997 and has been involved with credit unions since 1993. She has been a mortgage specialist since 2002. Prior to working with mortgages, Julie helped members with consumer loans, which together form her very strong lending background. Julie enjoys educating members about the financial side of building a home, and helping them achieve their dreams of home ownership.  

Julie was born and raised in Manitowoc. She and her husband, Tim, and their two children, Emily and Tyler, enjoy family time, board games, sporting activities, including Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers games. She is very involved in the Manitowoc County Board of Realtors and Manitowoc County Home Builders Association, along with many local committees as well.
