UnitedOne Personal Teller Machines (PTMs) have all the functionality of traditional ATMs, with the personal touch of face-to-face member service.
When you use the live Teller function of a PTM, you’re interacting with real UnitedOne employees at our local Member Contact Center, in real-time. You can speak with them, and they can assist you with your transactions just like they were standing behind a counter in our lobbies.
Simply touch the screen to begin talking with a live Teller during business hours.

Please note the machines can accept up to 40 checks or bills at a time – so if you have more than 40 checks or bills, enter them in batches of 40.
All UnitedOne PTMs with extended live Teller service hours are also 24/7 surcharge-free ATMs for members to conduct self-service transactions – including check and cash deposits!

UnitedOne debit card holders can avoid paying ATM surcharge fees by using an Alliance One ATM. Visit one of our seven UnitedOne ATM locations, or check out the Alliance One website for over 5,000 surcharge-free ATM locations. Whether you're at home or traveling, there is bound to be one near you.
