- Service – personal and/or business savings, checking, loans, mortgages, become a member, and more!
- Location – for virtual and phone call appointments choose the location you'd be most likely to visit if needed
- Meeting Preference – virtual, phone call, or in-person appointment
- Pick a Date and Time – choose what works for you!
- Details – name, phone number, email address, and a few details about your appointment
- Confirmation – a confirmation screen will appear and a copy will be sent to your email address and/or by text if chosen
