UnitedOne ranks No. 1 for ‘Best Credit Unions to Work For’

UnitedOne Credit Union has been named the nation’s “Best Credit Union to Work For” by American Banker.
The No. 1 ranking marks UnitedOne’s fourth consecutive year in the publication’s Top 10, following a No. 2 ranking in 2025, No. 6 in 2024, and No. 7 in 2023.
With locations in Manitowoc and Sheboygan, UnitedOne is the highest-ranked Wisconsin credit union for the fourth straight year. American Banker’s annual list recognizes 70 credit unions across the U.S. ranging in sizes of less than 30 employees to more than 3,000 employees.
UnitedOne, which has 97 employees and $330 million in assets, also earned the top ranking for the second consecutive year among credit unions with assets between $200-$500 million.

American Banker’s annual rankings are compiled using the results from two different surveys. The first survey was completed by employees and examines employee satisfaction, while the second evaluates the benefits and policies of each credit union.
