• $50,000 maximum loan amount
• No minimum credit score
• No minimum reserve requirement
• Does not require a WHEDA 1st mortgage
• Ability to borrow over 100% of the home’s value, using an Automated Valuation Model (AVM)

Two Loan Types

• R&R Plus
  • Based on income limit – you may be eligible for low interest rate and forgivable loan option
• R&R
  • Based on income limit – you may be eligible for low interest rate amortized over 30 years

Who is Eligible?

• Wisconsin residents who occupy home as their primary residence
• Meets WHEDA’s Repair & Renew Loan Household Income Limits
• Home must have been constructed 40 years prior to loan application date
• Must one of the following property types:
  • Single-family residence
  • Condo
  • 2-unit
  • Manufactured

• Furnace or Air Conditioning

- Work must be completed by a licensed and insured contractor

- This is not a ‘remodel’ offer, such as updates to make house more aesthetically pleasing
